Thank you for visiting and shopping at shoptwinstars.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We provide free shipping on orders [including non-discount items] above $50 within the USA.

Shipment processing time

We fulfill your order within 1-3 working days, and shipping in the USA is usually delivered within 2-6 days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates for the US on orders below $50 are $6.50

Customs and Duties.

Shop Twin Stars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

International Shipping

We provide international shipping; shipping rates, are calculated at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), besides local delivery orders. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

In-Store Pick Up

If you selected in-store pickup at check out, you have 2 days from when you receive your pickup notification email to receive a full refund and 3 days for a store credit.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any pick up orders left unclaimed in our store after 30 days, any unclaimed items will be donated.

 Lost Or Damaged In Transit

 We are not responsible for packages left outside by the carriers or packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
