Refund policy
Return Policy:
Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 7 days from when you receive your order, will receive a refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale and can not be returned. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Items purchased using a discount code can be exchanged only [no returns allowed on items using a discount code] within the returns/exchange time period. If you are exchanging an item, please be sure to send a return label along with the return, for the exchanged item to be mailed to you. We do not provide free shipping on items being exchanged.
Please make sure your return is received at OUR location, no later than 7 days after you received your order. If we do receive your return after the 7 day return window you will be asked to send a shipping label for the items to be returned to you. If we do not receive the shipping label within 14 days, or the item is not picked up from our Lakewood warehouse, your return will be donated. Please do NOT ask us to make exceptions if your return is delivered to our location past the return period, as we will NOT be able to accommodate exceptions.
If you selected in-store pickup at check out, you have 2 days from when you receive your pickup notification email to receive a full refund and 3 days for a store credit.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any pick up orders left unclaimed in our store. After 60 days, any unclaimed items will be donated.
If you received free shipping for your order because it was over $50, and with your return, your order amounts to less than $50, there will be an $8.50 shipping charge deducted from your refund.
How will I be refunded for my return:
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 14 business days after the online return center receives the item. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
For returns made in store without the original receipt or packing slip, you may receive a store credit for your refund.
Can I return sale items:
Sale items are non refundable.

Additional Information
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels still attached. A packing slip or copy of your confirmation email must be included in your package.
- Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
- Returns must be back within 7 days for a refund. Please send back your return with ample shipping time.
- Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund is in our absolute and sole discretion.
- Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
- We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
