Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow our simple conditions and process:
Return Instructions and Conditions:
- Return Window: You have 3 days from delivery to submit a return/exchange request via our return portal.
- Return Deadline: Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date as marked by the shipping carrier. (ex: if you received your order Monday, we must have your order back by the following Monday) No exceptions or holiday exemptions.
- Condition: Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Limit: One return request per order is allowed.
- Sale: Items purchased on sale or with any discount code are non-returnable.
- Shipping Fee: If you return and keep less than the free minimum worth of merchandise [$50] from your order, you will be charged an $8.50 shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- Pickup Orders: If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, you have 3 days from when you received the ready-for-pickup notification to request a return on our return portal. The return must be back at our warehouse in the original packaging within 7 days.
Shipping Options:
- Use a prepaid shipping label (flat rate $7.50, customer is responsible)
- or Ship with your own carrier.
