Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow our simple conditions and process:
Return Instructions and Conditions:
- Return Window: You have 3 days from delivery to submit a return request via our return portal.
- Return Deadline: Returns must be postmarked and sent back to our store within 3 days from the time of receipt (when our carrier delivers the merchandise to you). Which means USPS should have the return scanned by day 3 of when it was delivered to you. Any returns that are scanned later will not be accepted. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the return is dropped off by USPS and scanned by Day 3. For Example- If your orders tracking shows it was delivered on Saturday, you have until Tuesday to request a return, and the return label must show it is scanned and in USPS possession by Tuesday. No exceptions or holiday exemptions.
- Condition: Items must be in new condition, not worn and returned in the original packaging.
- Limit: One return request per order is allowed.
- Sale and Discount Codes: Items purchased on sale or with any discount code are non-returnable.
- Shipping Fee: If you return and keep less than the free minimum worth of merchandise [$50] from your order, you will be charged an $8.50 shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return back.
- Pickup Orders: If you selected in-store pickup at checkout, you have 3 days from when you received the ready-for-pickup notification to request a return on our return portal. The return must be back at our warehouse in the original packaging within 7 days. All orders that are not picked after 30 days will be donated.
- Exchanges: Our online returns page is not set up to process exchanges. You will need to return the item and purchase the new item.
- Lost Or Damaged In Transit : We are not responsible for packages left outside by the carriers or packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
